A native of Vinnytsia Region, Ukraine, and a citizen of Ukraine.

She is accused of transferring 1,000 rubles to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. According to Honchar, her partner Rashid Aleutdinov made the donation, but the man did not confirm this. The defendant pleaded guilty. She was sentenced to three years in prison for financing extremist activities.

I have never supported, been interested in, or had anything to do with any prohibited foundations or extremist organisations. Unfortunately, a major mistake has been made… Your Honour, I admit my guilt and I regret what I have done. I hope for a fair sentence and ask for a more lenient form of punishment that does not involve imprisonment. I am prepared to pay a fine.
